AzeritePowerWeights Set Up

Disclaimer

For this tab, I am not going to go into depth on how to manage the addons that you've installed to customize your user interface. That will entirely be on you to go through the settings and establish what you like and dislike about location, size, shape, etc. The idea is to make it your own.

Instead, I will be explaining how to use other websites and resources to help set up your character build, including a few of the ones I listed in my helpful addons tab.

So let's get started!

AzeritePowerWeights
Azerite
After you install this, it won't do or change anything without you putting in some data for it to go off of. However, once you do, it will be able to calculate the best options for your Azerite gear obtained from the Battle for Azeroth leveling bracket. There are a few steps that you have to do before you can have this addon ready to go.

NOTE: This will only work if you have a piece of armor with the option to select your Azerite perks, such as a head/arms/chest piece that you've acquired from questing/doing dungeons in the Battle for Azeroth level bracket. Alternatively, you can open the menu in your Heart of Azeroth, though this can only be done at the Heart Forge in Silithus, and won't help that particular item. I will explain that in the Essences section below.

Step 1: Go to BloodMallet.com and select your desired class specialization. Here, you will see a long list of trinkets, Azerite armor, essences, etc., all broken down using various calculations to compile the best resources for us to use. They have gone and compared just about every option available to us and put it in a nice, easy to use format. However, our attention is on setting up your in-game Azerite scales.
Step 2: Click "Azerite," and locate the "AzeritePowerWeights" button. Click this, and it will automatically copy it for you. (A prompt should pop up on the bottom of the screen to confirm this.)

Step 3: Open up World of Warcraft, and go into your character sheet. Shift+Right Click on one of your pieces of gear that has Azerite on it (head/shoulder/chest.) You should see an AzeritePowerWeights button in the bottom left of the Azerite window that pops up. Click this.

Step 4: Locate the "Import" button, and then paste the copied selection from BloodMallet.com before hitting "Accept."
Step 5: The imported string will appear on the left side of your menu just above the default scales. I would recommend renaming the import to something class specific and then adding "Azerite" to it. This will be separate from the "Essences" import that will also show up in the same window.

Note: To switch between imports, you just have to click "Use This Scale" after you select one from the list. You will need to switch between "Azerite" and "Essences" scales when you are making selections on Azerite equipment and Essences on your Heart of Azeroth at the Heart Forge.

Essences
All of the steps remain the same as above, except you will be selecting "Essences" on BloodMallet.com instead of Azerite.
You can only manage your Essences when you are visiting the Heart Forge in Silithus, and you will want to name your import something unique so that you can switch between your Essence script and your Azerite script with no confusion.
